If you'd like to be notified through your browser when new content is posted, you can click Allow on the notifications dialogue box that appears in the address bar. To change settings and unsubscribe, you call in the bell icon in the bottom right of the site footer or the padlock/icon in the top address bar at any time. New content is posted anywhere between 1 and 10 times a month (rough figure).
